| Comment | Tech. schedule was changed by scheduler and arrived 3 hours later than scheduled. a phone call to advise of an emergency and a change in schedule for me would have been appreciated. As it was I had to make a call to find what was going on. Good customer relations is dependent on making them aware of scheduling changes. |
